Karl O’Donnell
Full time Dad and recovering chocolate addict.
karl participated in sports at a high level all his life and decided coaching was the way for him after graduating from John Moores University with a degree in sport and health.
level 3 personal trainer, British Olympic lifting qualification, Kettlercise instructor, Advanced Kettlebell coach.
Charles Jones
Old school hip hop and Kettlebell enthusiast.
Charles started his training career studying martial arts from an early age and spent time competing in K-1 kickboxing, bjj and Muay Thai.
level 3 personal trainer, Olympic lifting coach, kettlebell coach and an actual black belt.
Scott Gibney
Currently studying sports science at LJMU
Kettlebell instructor along side his level 3 personal trainer qualification scott bring so much to the table.
Scott always puts members first and will be the first one at the gym and the last one to leave most days.

Never cleans the gym but always looks spotless himself.
